2008 kawasaki ninja 650r-ex in Powell, TN

I bought this bike in may of 2011, it was used when I purchased it. After buying the bike the only things I had to do to it was change the oil, and lube the chain. Its very clean, and runs well. I have had no problems since ive owned it (service etc.). It has 12k miles on it, it had 9k when I bought it. I have put a new set of michelin tires on it, replaced the windscreen with a dark smoke sport touring windscreen, put red pen stripe tape around the wheels to match the bike, and have also put after market grips on to match as well, and have replaced the high/low beam lights with a white light as opposed to the factory yellowish headlights. The tires have only been used for one summer, and partially this spring/summer. I am asking $3900 (firm), which I believe that in this bikes condition is low considering a new Kawasaki Ninja 650r retails for around $7500.
